TEAMLEADER: 2 No's

• Lead Stationary Equipment & Package Team
• Recruiting Senior & Junior Engineer
• Planning and organizing: Develop project plans, set goals, and create schedules
• Assigning tasks: Delegate responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Providing guidance and support: Offer assistance and guidance to team members, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Monitoring progress: Keep track of project progress, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Facilitating communication: Foster effective communication within the team, encouraging collaboration and information sharing.
• Resolving conflicts: Mediate conflicts that arise within the team and find resolutions that promote a positive work environment.
• Performance evaluation: Assess the performance of team members, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Motivating the team: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance, recognizing their achievements and providing encouragement.

Procurement Service Material Requisition Technical Bid Evaluation

For Static Equipment (Pressure Vessel, Tank, Heat Exchanger, etc.) and Package Equipment (Air Cooler, Fired Heater, Boiler, Flare Stack, PSA, etc.)
Review for Contract technical requirements
Review/preparation for technical specifications, data sheets, engineering drawings
Preparation for requisition / inquiry
Technical clarification with bidders
Technical bid evaluation and report

Detail Engineering

Vendor data review
Technical cooperation with other teams
Technical clarification with vendor and Project owner

COORDINATION WITH OTHER TEAM

Coordination with other technical teams regarding;
• Civil loading data, foundation and steel structure design
• Equipment location plan and piping arrangement
• Electric consumption data, cathodic protection, earthing
• Field instruments, control panel, DCS, control system
• P&ID, PFD, data sheet
• HAZOP and SIL for Package Equipment
• QA/QC, inspection & test

SENIOR : 4 No's

• Lead Project Engineering work for Stationary Equipment & Package Items
• Development, execution, and management of work plans
• Identification and presentation of project requirements and engineers allocation related to the task
• Appointment and supervision of design document authors
• Review of compliance with technical and business requirements for design deliverables
• Preparation and review of design documents
• Participation in meetings and other coordination activities
• Responsibility for quality assurance of design deliverables
• Primary role in reviewing design documents provided by owner and vendor

MAIN JOB & DUTIES

Personnel Management

Management of the preparation of design deliverables and final review approval
Collaboration with other teams for discussions on design deliverables and reaching final conclusions
Discussions and conclusions regarding responses to design deliverable orders from the client
Verification of compliance with technical requirements from the client as stipulated in the contract
Facilitation of workshops on L/L (Lessons Learned) and VE (Value Engineering)

Procurement Service Material Requisition Technical Bid Evaluation

'For Static Equipment (Pressure Vessel, Tank, Heat Exchanger, etc.) and Package Equipment (Air Cooler, Fired Heater, Boiler, Flare Stack, PSA, etc.)
Review and approval of requisition / inquiry
Review and approval of TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) Reports
Review and approval of Purchase Specifications
Review of vendor delivery schedules and resolution of issues, including the formulation of appropriate responses and measures.

Detail Engineering

Approval of vendor data review
Collaboration with other teams and reaching conclusions through discussions
Final review and approval of the discussions with the vendor

COORDINATION WITH OTHER TEAM

Review and formulation of responses to vendor delivery schedules and issues
Identification of change orders from the client and corresponding responses to the vendor
Contract management
Selection and assignment of roles and responsibilities to Field Engineers
Discussions and development of improvements/solutions for on-site issues and challenges
Management site issues, including decision-making

JUNIOR: 4 No.s

• Engineering work for Stationary Equipment or Package Items
• Development, execution, and management of work plans
• Preparation and review of design documents
• Review of compliance with technical and business requirements for design deliverables
• Responsibility for quality assurance of design deliverables
• Primary role in reviewing design documents provided by owner and vendor
• Faithfully execute the instructions of the team leader and lead engineer
• Carry out the assigned tasks diligently, aiming for impeccable results
• Completed the assigned tasks on schedule.
• Approached the work with a proactive attitude.

MAIN JOB & DUTIES

Procurement Service Material Requisition Technical Bid Evaluation

For Static Equipment (Pressure Vessel, Tank, Heat Exchanger, etc.) or Package Equipment (Air Cooler, Fired Heater, Boiler, Flare Stack, PSA, etc.)

Strength calculation for pressure vessel, shell & tube heat exchagner, tank via Compress, PV elite, AME TANK and etc.
Preparation for requisition / inquiry
Technical clarification with bidders
Technical bid evaluation and report
Review of vendor delivery schedules and resolution of issues, including the formulation of appropriate responses and measures.

Detail Engineering

Vendor data review
Technical cooperation with other teams
Technical clarification with vendor and Project owner

COORDINATION WITH OTHER TEAM

Coordination with other technical teams regarding;

Preferred candidate profile

• Awareness of Global Codes, Standards and Regulations for Mechanical including API, ASME, TEMA, NACE, ASTM, ISO
• Experience in Pressure vessel design software such as COMPRESS, B-JAC, PV Elite, etc.
• Awareness of Specification and Standards for Major Clients

Advantage would be added for those with certification
1) International Professional Engineer (IPEA /APEC)
2) Professional Engineer (in USA / in India)
