Job description

 
  • Service Management Lead who can do excellent stake holder management.
  • Setup SRE Team and lead the path to excellence in SRE by guiding and mentoring the team.
  • Work with stake holders to define the KPIs, SLOs
  • Be a champion for Automation and to increase efficiency and predictability.
  • Hands on with Java, CI/CD and Automation
In this role, SRE owns all elements of Service Management.
 
  • Production monitoring, including predictive and proactive alerting.
  • Create Service Level Objectives and Service Level Indicators with stakeholders.
  • Continuous stakeholder feedback.
  • Toil automation and system self-healing.
  • Reliability, Stability, Availability to meet SLOs.
  • Continuous Integration and Deployment
  • Automated build and testing: SRE provide the tools and manage the automation frameworks. Developers own writing the actual tests.
  • Environment management: SRE writes the terraform, provide the framework for on-demand environment creation / monitoring / destruction.
  • Release engineering: SRE manage the code deployment framework, automated overnight deployment, automated production release, production feature flag management.
  • Alignment to SAFe
