Sr. Tech Lead at Ameriprise! Responsible for effectively planning, crafting, implementing, and monitoring security technologies and projects that support the firms underlying security policies and procedures.
This position accounts a person to be specialized in installation, configuration and administration of CyberArk components like Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and Conjur.
Resource will also be responsible in designing\developing new workflows and ensuring CyberArk platform is secure and is 24*7 available.
Key Responsibilities:
The Sr. Technical Lead will be responsible for:-
Administration of Cyberark infrastructure comprising of components like Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and Conjur.
Taking care of BAU activities like, requests for onboarding\off boarding, new integration and modifying existing integration\automations.
Taking care of incidents, attending P1\P2 bridges in case of critical issues.
Taking care of upgrades and patching cycles.
Taking care of Governance and reporting part of privileged identity management.
Taking care of DR activities.
Automating manual process and procedures present in the environment.
Work with Vendor in case of any critical issues or bugs.
Creation, maintain and formulate Standard Operating Procedures.
Support on-calls during weekends and off business hours
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
4+ year core experience in installation, configuration and administration of CyberArk components like Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM and Conjur.
Should have exposure on performing DR activities.
Should be comfortable in leading a project from start to finish.
Should have hands on work experience in DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins and Ansible.
Should be comfortable in programming languages like Python, Powershell, Bash(any one).
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge and experience designing, implementing, and supporting CyberArk Privilege Access Management (PAM) solution. Be able to answer questions about onboarding, decommissioning, and managing secrets vaulted in a PAM solution. Experience working with partner teams supporting their credential retrieval and technical set up.
Experience with CyberArk modules Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Application Identity Manager (AIM), Conjur/DAP, Privilege Session Manager (PSM), APIs, and CPM Plugins
Experience scripting automation of tasks in PowerShell, Python, or other similar languages. Knowledge of code development life cycle and quality assurance. Strong/diverse technical background in enterprise networking, firewall, storage options, server infrastructure, operating systems, database technologies, and desktop operating systems and security.
Advanced knowledge and experience solving application connectivity and performance issues.
Demonstrated experience contributing and collaborating effectively as an informal leader in a high-functioning team.
Experience troubleshooting technical issues.
Effective organizational, analytical, and independent problem-solving skills. Successful experience coordinating and completing multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
Strong presentation skills with experience addressing and working with executives and technical staff.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools including, BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, confluence.
Good exposure on application architecture, Directories, Application servers, Webservers, etc.
PAM experience working with AWS Secret Manager and Azure Secrets cloud.
Critical thinking and thought leadership.
Certifications: any CyberArk related certification.
