Job description
Cost Estimation : Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and interior projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and project scope.
Quantity Takeoff : Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction and interior works.
Tendering : Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities (BOQ), specifications, and contract terms for bidding purposes.
Contract Management : Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, variations, and payment schedules.
Cost Control : Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying cost-saving opportunities and controlling expenditures.
Value Engineering : Implement value engineering techniques to optimize project costs without compromising quality and functionality.
Risk Assessment : Identify potential risks and uncertainties related to project costs and propose mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that construction and interior works meet quality standards and specifications set forth in contracts and regulations.
Progress Reporting : Prepare regular progress reports on quantities, costs, and variations for project stakeholders and management.
