Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure optimal contracts and pricing agreements with vendors.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance regularly to ensure compliance with agreements and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategies for vendor development to support logistics operations and business growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including procurement and operations, to align vendor capabilities with organizational needs.
