Job description
CrowdStrike is hiring a Tableau Support/Ops Sr. Analyst in our Global Sales Operations organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, and the drive to become a Subject Matter Expert and trusted resource on Sales business intelligence tools. The role will be responsible for monitoring a variety of channels and resolving issues in a timely manner.
What You ll Do:
Monitoring work intake channels such as email, slack and ticketing system for Tableau troubleshooting requests
Responding and resolving issues according to defined SLA
Conducting administration tasks on a regular cadence such as user provisioning/deprovisioning, data quality audits and other day-to-day operational processes
Creating and maintaining documentation that includes the design, business requirements, user manuals and standard operating procedures for Sales Business Intelligence Tools
Support Program Manager, Sales Business Intelligence Tools during strategic projects and initiatives that drive analytics maturity for Sales organization
What You ll Need:
Can work night shift IST to support USA and AUS Time zones
Willingness to learn new tools and processes, and ultimately become an SME on Tableau Business Intelligence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work as a team and independently
Experience using Help Desk Ticketing and Service Management Systems such as ServiceNow or Salesforce Case Management
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Domo, Power BI or Looker
Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools such as Salesforce Sales Cloud
Familiarity with Project Tracking Software such as Jira
Shift Timing - 7 PM - 4 AM IST (Best Shift allowance will be provided)
Bonus Points:
Jira expertise or significant experience
Experience using SQL to audit data quality
Experience with Sales Operations in a B2B Sales environment
