CrowdStrike is seeking a Clari Administrator to join the Shared Services team. This team is a part of the Global Sales Operations department. Sr. Analyst, Sales Analytics will play a critical role in optimizing our sales forecast process by ensuring seamless Clari operations. The Sr. Analyst must be comfortable getting on calls with Sales leaders and reps to help troubleshoot.

What youll do:

Manage day-to-day operations of the Clari tool, including uploading quotas, provisioning and deactivating users, and transitioning sales reps and leaders

Monitor Salesforce changes that impact Clari specifically related to inaccessible fields and hierarchy management

Generate regular and globally standardized reports and dashboards using Clari to provide insights into sales performance and forecast accuracy

Identity opportunities for process improvements and enhancements to Clari to streamline workflows and increase efficiency

Act as one of the primary point of contact for any issues or questions related to Clari, providing timely support and troubleshooting assistance

Conduct training sessions and workshops for new users to ensure they have necessary enablement to utilize the tool

Stay up to date on the latest features and updates to the Clari platform and assess their potential impact on our sales operations

Day-to-Day Activities:

Provision and deactivate users

Handle transitioning of sales reps out of the organization or team movement

Upload quotas

Live troubleshooting with Clari users

Maintain and enhance reports and dashboards within Clari

Advise and Consult with Sales Operations on how to streamline Clari workflows

What youll need:

3+ years of relevant experience in Analytics, Investment Banking, Consulting, Sales Operations, Alliances Operations, or Business Operations

Graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Business Analytics a plus

Able to tell a story using data and act as an advocate for data driven decision making

Passionate about cybersecurity industry, software-as-a-service (Saas), and Sales excellence

Self-starter, able to navigate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environmentHighly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally

Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets are key tools)

Proficiency in Salesforce

Experience with Clari necessary

Shift Time - 7 PM - 4 AM IST ( Shift allowances will be provided)
