Design, deploy, configure, and administer SolarWinds monitoring tools to effectively monitor the organization's IT infrastructure.
Customize SolarWinds dashboards, alerts, and reports to meet specific monitoring requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define monitoring requirements for network devices, servers, applications, and other IT components.
Implement and manage SolarWinds monitoring solutions to ensure proactive identification and resolution of potential issues.
Analyze SolarWinds data to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Work closely with IT teams to implement optimizations and enhance overall system performance.
Respond to alerts promptly, investigate incidents, and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Develop and maintain incident response procedures for SolarWinds-related incidents.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SolarWinds configurations, processes, and best practices.
Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams on SolarWinds tools.
Primary Skills
Proven experience as a SolarWinds Administrator or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of SolarWinds monitoring tools and features.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
