The objective of the position

Grow PwD is a flagship program of Dr.Reddy's Foundation designed to skill PwD youth of India. This position aims to train identified Persons with Disability on level two English, soft skills, Digital literacy, Aptitude, and interview skills and prepare youth for employment opportunities with MNCs.

Major Deliverables

• Following session plan designed

• Building English language skills to help students stand at B1 or B2 level with the help of predesigned material

• Building soft skills, communication skills and help students to face interviews with MNCs.

• Deliver level 2 aptitude to enable students to clear corporate recruitment assessment (AMCAT)

• Conduct assessments as per the plan to continue to measure the progress of the students.

Must-Have Skills-

1. Good English Communication skills

2. Hold on to advanced English grammar

3. C1 level English proficiency

4. Capable of delivering Aptitude lessons Profit and loss, Mixtures and allegations, partnerships, Percentages, Simple and compound interest, time and distance, time and work.

Qualification Graduation/Post Graduation in Mathematics or English

Experience in years Min 3 years of experience in teaching students for competitive exams Verbal ability and quantitative aptitude
