Job description
Must Have:

ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Notify, Asset Management, Service Portal, Agent Workspace, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Notifications, Transform Maps.
Design, develop and implement ServiceNow applications and modules based on business needs.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and UI actions.
Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT).
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, new features and updates.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities.
