Job description
Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform using its built-in tools and functionalities of SeriveNow Core Plarform, ITSM, ITAM(ITOM,HAM,SAM).
Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and user needs.
Practise Agile development methodologies. Write clean, efficient and maintainable code adhering to best development practices. Document code and functionalities to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer. Conduct code reviews and perform quality control checks.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and debug code efficiently, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of digital solutions.
Contribute to the UX/UI design process, providing insights and recommendations to improve usability and accessibility of digital products.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies to drive iterative development and delivery of digital products, while continuously refining processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing technical skills and expertise in digital development, problem-solving, and UX design,ServiceNow APIs, Integration Hub, Automation Tools within the SeriveNow Core Plarform, ITSM ,ITAM or any other module of ServiceNow.
Implement ServiceNow best development practices for data security, governance, and reporting.
