Servicenow Developer

Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Sec-Ops, GRC, Orchestration and strong understanding of CMDB. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business requirements of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop and Customize ServiceNow Applications:** Design and develop custom applications, modules, workflows, and user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs.
- **Integration:** Implement and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
- **Configuration Management:** Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, and Discovery of AWS cloud and On-prem DC components.
- **Scripting and Automation:** Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, data policies, script includes, and other ServiceNow components.
- **Performance Optimization:** Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform and applications.
- **User Training and Support:** Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- **Documentation:** Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and process documentation.
- **Stay Updated:** Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and best practices, and apply them to improve existing systems and processes.
