Must-Have:
ServiceNow ITSM Incident, Change, Problem management and CMDB Asset Management developers
Have a strong understanding of software development and business process engineering in the ServiceNow application.
Hands-on experience in integration and Service Portal development
Have worked on cloning and upgradation of ServiceNow instance. Must be aware of the latest modules of ServiceNow version
Serve as a key technical resource for configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation
Good development / configuration knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and release management. Also, any experience in Asset, CMDB, Service requests, HTML, Angular JS will be an added advantage.
Have strong project, product management, and business management experience. Should have liaised.
