Senior Motion Graphics Designer

Job description
Create design languages which create a delightful, emotionally engaging, innovative, and easy to learn experience for our users. This is a hands-on job!
Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that aligns with the companys brand identity and product goals.
Define and document design principles, guidelines, and best practices for the design system, ensuring easy adoption and implementation by the design and development teams.
Establish and manage design tokens and variables to enable efficient customization and theming of UI components.
Conduct regular audits of the design system to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and standardization.
Provide guidance and support to designers and developers on the use and integration of the design system into their workflow.
Reviews and tests development builds to ensure compliance with designs
