As a Senior Growth Catalyst, you will have an expertise in harmonizing clients' visions with the exquisite offerings of our premium interior design solutions, elevating their spaces into personalized sanctuaries of luxury and sophistication. You play a vital role in aligning clients' objectives with Nik Modons strategic direction, crafting bespoke sales strategies that translate into tangible value, propelling both clients' dreams and our business forward.

Roles & Responsibilities

Must have Prospecting, Lead Generation, Client Relationship Management, Sales Presentations, Proposal Development and Planning, Negotiation and Closing, and Market Analysis.
Good to have Extensive network and well-established industry connections.
Others:

Proven experience in business development and sales, in the interior design or related industry.
Impactful presentation style.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, and team members.
