Roles and Responsibilities

1. Operations

Conduct preliminary rate analysis and provide inputs to Sr. Manager- QS for finalization of rates for the same
Collaborate with the Design team for obtaining project details for timely preparation of BOQ
Conduct quantity estimation for materials ; Share reports from with Sr. Manager
Work closely with Contractors to ensure timely receipt of bills; Prepare Contractor billing certification, RA bill certification and final bill certification as per contract terms and Organizational guideline
Obtain approvals for PRW and NMR works
Receiving and issuance of GFC drawings to Block In-Charge
Responsible for modifications of drawings as per the instructions
Ensure material take off from BOM in execution stage
Prepare monthly progress reports, Paschal peri formwork monitoring

Assess and fulfil training and career development requirements
Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
Mentor and coach subordinates to develop the teams capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role

Desired Candidate Profile

B. Tech/ BE (Civil) with 5-8 years of experience in construction of High Rise residential buildings and High End villas in Real Estate Industry
Should have experience in QS based on GFC drawings
Should have experience in All consultants and contractor's work order preparation & comparative
Should have experience in preparation of Budgets, Rate analysis, Budget tracking and Data Analysis
Should have experience in All Consultants Bill Preparations and Certification both is hard copy and in ERP
Should have experience on SAP
