Job description
Making the Services/Applications live on Production in conjunction with Infra/Application team.
Monitoring Transactions Services of different channels of customers/bank
Day to day activities i.e., Importing logs, processing logs.
Tallying and generating reports
Client coordination and follow-up.
Functional and UAT testing
Documentation i.e., RCAs, SOPs, User Manuals, Flow Charts etc.
Application Support Activity for Clients and Internal Stake Holders. Make application setup ready for DR drill and ensure successful completion of same by coordinating with all stakeholders.
Network/Server/Database Configurations and Installation Activities.
Should be ready to work in shifts as per roster.
Other required skills
Experience from Banking/Digital payment domain preferred
