What you'll do
Strive to transform customer ideas into successful products impacting millions
Solve critical business problems by using the latest tools & technologies or innovative architecture/solution.
Head multiple dedicated engineering product teams and develop the core product for customers.
Lead high-performing teams of talented engineers from top institutions and guide them in delivering exceptional results.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
B.E/B.Tech degree from one of these colleges only IIT/NIT/BITS/COEP/VJTI and other premier institutes.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring MVC/Boot, Rest APIs, RDBMS design, SQL programming, knowledge of any one cloud platform (eg, AWS (Amazon Web Services), Azure), Scalable design, Linux ecosystem.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum/Scrumban methodology, and tools like Jira for team setup.
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes, capable of setting them up for teams.
Managed single or multiple teams with 15+ overall team members directly or indirectly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in one Frontend framework.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
