We help build software and design data platforms, manage large volumes of client data, develop compliance procedures for data management, and continually researching new technologies to drive innovation and sustainable change
1. Extensive hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of one of the ServiceNow
out of the box solutions -ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, GRC, or APP Engine
2. Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow core platform capabilities and ability to create
efficient custom applications using scripting
3. Able to understand complex customer requirements and design effective solutions for the same
4. Hands on experience with third party & web services integration (SOAP and REST)
5. Strong technical skills on web technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP)
6. Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of groups, modification of
CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and
updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions
7. ServiceNow Experience should include scripting in ServiceNow, tool configuration, design work,
technical configuration and deployment
8. Understanding of ITIL framework
9. Experienced to work in Agile software development environments
10. Very good communication & presentation skills, proactive mindset and capacity to learn and
work independently
11. ServiceNow CSA/CAD/Both Certification is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Interact with external customers and development of robust and performant solutions
-Create solutions keeping architecture & best practice principles in mind for new business
requirements
-Focus on delivering the solution as configurable and provide alternate solutions wherever
possible
-Provide L1 and L2 Support for ITSM and other modules
Good to Have Skills:
1. Knowledge on other Service Management products such as
BMC Remedy, Ivanti, HPSM etc
2. Experience of rolling out-out standard mobile applications
available on ServiceNow
3. Experience on implementing chatbots
4. Service Portal development in ServiceNow
5. Integration experience with infrastructure monitoring
solutions
6. Knowledge of DevOps & automated testing
7. Exposure in defining UX
8. ITIL & ServiceNow certified
