Supervise and oversee construction projects within a specific section, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop and review project plans and schedules
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and standards
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring efficient workflow and resolving any issues that arise
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, logs, and records of inspections and tests
