Role & responsibilities:-
1- Induction Training
a) Induction program for New Hires in existing stores ILT
b) New Store Opening Induction training for new stores ILT
2- Knowledge Champ/In Store Trainer
a) Monthly and Quarterly review of in store Champs ILT/VILT
b) Monthly training calendar adherence and coverage LMS
c) Online course completion LMS
d) Monthly Knowledge Champ training ILT/VILT
3- New Product/Process Training
a) Timely product and process training to all stores ILT/VILT/OJT/Video based training
b) Product/Process awareness amongst store team
c) ABM/RBM/Corporate feedback on Staff awareness on above parameters
4- Store Observation
a) Store coverage (thrice a month) OJT/Job Shadowing/Coaching/Others
b) Timely detailed report submission
c) Observation based TNI
d) DT/AT support, Need based support
5- Regional Initiative
a) Need based initiative NA
b) Kaizen
c) Best practices
