Job Summary:
GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team, specializing in hiring for Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Sales & Services roles through a 3rd party payroll. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas and be skilled in managing the unique challenges associated with Non-IT hiring. This role requires exceptional sourcing abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to build and sustain effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, select, offer and onboard candidates for various roles within manufacturing, sales & services, and supply chain management at GE HealthCare.
Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and professional networks, to attract high-caliber talent.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet GE HealthCare's current and future staffing needs.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, phone screens, and in-person interviews.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process for candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and job specifications.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Offer expert guidance on best practices in recruitment and selection within the context of third-party payroll arrangements.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to third-party payroll arrangements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
Continuously enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications:
A Masters degree in HR or a related field.
3-4 years of recruitment experience, particularly within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Sales & services roles.
Demonstrated success in managing End to End recruitment.
Experience in agency recruitment preferred.
Proven track record of effectively building relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
