Job description

Ensuring that software products / deliverables from CR2 are delivered on time and of the agreed quality.

Working as part of the global project delivery team in planning and managing multiple projects (work breakdown, cost estimation and control, risk management, issue management, resource allocation etc)

Assist in the Recruitment, Training and retention of staff.

Driving performance, efficiency, process and quality improvements throughout the organisation

Reporting and communicating project status to the Software managers

Developing Software Specifications and Acceptance criteria.

Leading and Participating in design reviews

Liaising with 3rd parties and suppliers

Responsible for handling Project Managerial tasks, IT experience in Project Management

Identifying project life cycle Full SDLC cycle & project Management process with its phases, Onsite co-ordination

Design and development of Java / J2EE Enterprise applications

Successfully managing teams and demonstrating successful leadership of several project releases.

Developing and designing web applications

Surveying current organizational model along with its region operations.

Interacting with the different clients and building trusted relationships.

Capturing client requirements with other team members

Development, Testing, Debugging and troubleshooting of the application.

Implementation & testing, Post implementation, application maintenance and enhancement support to the client.

Experience in translating the business needs into detailed development and engineering specifications.

Must

People Management and Team Building skills

Superior ability to conceptualize, design, manage, document and communicate the architecture, technology and construction guidelines to both developers and to non-technical senior managers.

Strong Communicator, in verbal and written forms.

Ability to create an environment that is both motivating and provides clear communication.
