Process Designer

Job description
1.Prepare and review Process Datasheets of Process equipment like pumps, storage tanks,
Reactors, vessels, columns, Heat Exchangers and special process equipment such as filtration
equipment, drying equipment.

2. Prepare and review process flow diagram for process based on recipe from client.

3. Prepare and review Piping & Instrumentation diagram based on Process Flow diagram.

4. Perform and review hydraulic calculations for line sizing, Pump head.

5. Perform and review Flare network calculations.

6. Perform and review heat exchanger design calculations using HTRI.

7. Perform and review relief valve sizing calculations using appropriate codes.

8. Perform and check surge calculations.

Software Experience : HTRI, Aspen, Hysys.
