Position: Power BI developer

Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development:
Design and develop executive-level dashboards using Power BI that provide real-time visibility into critical KPIs.
Implement interactive visualizations, drill-down capabilities, and custom calculations to enhance the usability and effectiveness of the dashboards.
Ensure that the dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly, and accessible to a wide range of stakeholders.
Data Integration and Modeling:
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the Power BI environment.
Develop data models that support the aggregation and analysis of KPI data at the organizational level.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to maintain data integrity and consistency across different data sources.
Performance Optimization:
Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards to minimize loading times and maximize responsiveness.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks through query optimization, data compression, and other techniques.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including executive leadership, to gather requirements and feedback.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that the reporting solutions meet their needs and expectations.
Provide training and support to end users to promote adoption and utilization of Power BI dashboards and reports.
Skills required-

Strong proficiency in PowerBI, including data modeling, DAX scripting, and report development
Basic awareness about various KPIs/metrics related to Quality, Delivery etc
Awareness about various ALM tools like Azure Devops, JIRA , Jazz etc
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
