Job description
Role & responsibilities

Design plant buildings and shelters that meet the aesthetic and technical requirements set forth by the client and design standards. Architectural engineer shall design buildings that meet the requirements of the project location and intended use through a review of design standards and local regulations.

CONTRACT REVIEW :

- Applicable code & standards

- Local regulation

BASIC DESIGN

- Design basis for architectural works
- Plan design for buildings and shelters
- Facade and section design for buildings and shelters
- Finishing material schedule
- Door and window schedule
- Preparation of preliminary BOQ

DETAIL DESIGN

- Development of basic design
- Preparation of architectural drawings
- Preparation of architectural standards and details
- Preparation of construction BOQ

Coordinating with other Team Engineers, Trouble Shooting for site work, Technical support for purchasing work & permit work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Preferential treatment for experienced in
1) Safety design(passive fire protection and evacuation)
2) Ergonomic design
3) Sustainable design(LEED)
- Relevant experience related to buildings and shelters of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical plant

Preferred candidate profile

- Good Communication.

- Computer skill preferable (Auto CAD, MS Word, Excel)

- Awareness of global codes, standards for building , Safety design including IBC, IFC, NFPA.

Preferred previous work experience in MNC(Multi-National Company) of Plant EPC.
