Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Education experience
Must be open for 24x7 operations
2 to 4 years of relevant Industry experience
Good Knowledge on Application Frameworks - Java, .NET, PHP, client-server apps, etc.
Understanding on New Relic Suite - Real End User Experience, Code Level Diagnostics, DB Diagnostics, Synthetic Monitoring
Very good Troubleshooting & Analytical skills.
Exposure in integration methods - Web services, APIs
Hands-on expertise on New Relic APM, Synthetics, Infrastructure, Insights, Mobile and Browser environments.
Very Good Knowledge on Windows & UNIX OS
Knowledge on Jenkins, Docker / Kubernetes, Azure, Google Cloud / AWS
Experience in Code Profilers, Java Debuggers New Relic Certification is an added advantage
Python Scripting
Building effective dashboards for senior leaders, service owners and executives to show accurate and up to date result for infrastructure health.
Experience in project management methodologies
Sikuli Image Recognition Technology with Visual Scripting API Knowledge.
Should have good communication and customer interaction skills
