Be part of an agile system testing team building up state of the art HiL s and responsible for end to end validation of ADAS systems in cluster HiL environment.
Years of experience : 2- 7 Years
Responsibilities
In this role you support the HIL system testing and related activities
Ensuring that HIL system test issues are managed and executed as required
Review HIL Test & Development Concept, Development and processes, identify and improve as part of continuous improvement as well as to assure implementation and adherence
Should be able to derive system test cases from requirements
Act as first point of contact for all technical topics related to HIL system Test Design, Architecture and Frameworks
Understanding from the full vehicle perspective of different ADAS features
Support the HIL system test strategy development, adaptation and its maintenance
Review and use requirements and design documents to design HIL tests, implement and execute them
Create and maintain HIL automation concept and scripts and execute
Responsible to bring up the weekly status of HIL activities and address the impediments within the team level for HIL Test development and Execution
Assists with Test Results Analysis FMEA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis (Ishikawa /Fishbone analysis & A-B-A Testing)
Coordinating the deliverables along with Test Manager
Required Skills: Technical
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python/C++/Provetech(VBA)
Experience in working with HIL equipment e.g. dSpace, NI etc.
Good understanding of System level testing concepts, techniques and test strategies for ADAS / AD systems
Experience in Vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet etc) and its testing (CANoe, CAPL scripting etc.)
Experience in any of the HiL systems (Dspace Scalexio, NI Teststand, ETAS etc..)
Knowledge and hands on experience in development of Rest-Bus-Simulation, Can db files.
Experience with Agile Development & Testing (SCRUM, TDD or scaled versions of Agile)
Experienced in using DOORS, RTC, RQM or similar tools (PTC Integrity, Polarion...)
ISTQB or ISEB certification highly desirable
Ready to take up activities and support the team for the project completion
