Job description
Market Research Analyst will be part of the Sales Marketing Team and is responsible for performing end-to-end Market research.
Expert in using secondary Market Research techniques for scrapping, mining and converting complex raw data into a valid and more meaningful form.
Their primary focus will be to provide the required information of prospects for different Marketing Campaign Teams (Like Cold email, Conference, events and Webinar Teams) and Sales teams required information for different Marketing Campaign Teams (Like Cold email campaign Team, Conference, events and Webinar Teams) and Sales teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Account Profiling - Identifying more relevant prospective accounts with respective to Zenoti products and business and collecting all the required info like Industry, Sub- Industry, Revenue, Financial Information, Subsidiaries, location, Region etc.
Contact Profiling - Identifying more and more relevant business buying decision-makers from the internet and collecting all the relevant info like Phone number, email ID, Title, Profile details, Location, Company name, Interests, background etc.
Marketing Database Hygiene - Should be able to handle large volumes of unstructured and structured marketing database/information for maintaining data accuracy by conducting regular Data checks/cleansing and should also work on collecting and populating the accurate info for all the missing fields using secondary research, data mining profile techniques
Benchmarking Reports - Preparing Benchmarking reports for Zenoti prospects which includes Peer comparison and other data analysis, as and when a marketing lead request comes in.
CRM Tool Handling (Salesforce) - Detailed understanding/exp working on salesforce tool is a plus, end to end handling of Salesforce CRM tool. Conducting quality checks for the data/information collected by the team members before uploading into salesforce. Preparing reports to ensure all the data is correctly mapped and accurate.
Lead Management/Creation support - Should be able to handle all the Marketing Leads across the channels and ensure those leads are correctly routed to appropriate people.
