Job description

 

  • Manage the closing process of real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
  • Work with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction to coordinate closing details and ensure a smooth process.
  • Prepare and distribute closing documents to all parties involved, including contracts, title commitments, and settlement statements.
  • Review title commitments and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate and schedule closing dates and times with all parties involved.
  • Ensure all funds are collected and disbursed in accordance with the contract and settlement statement.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for all transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Manage a team of closing coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
