Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Job description

Performs and analyzes financial modeling, and trends and computes rates of return, depreciation, working capital, cash flow, investments, and cost against budget, variance analysis, forecasting, financial planning and expense comparisons, and track and report headcount.
Compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides management insights.
Monitor performance by unit, division, or group for specific items of OPEX. Typically, an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. The majority of time is spent delivering from design to implementation - while adhering to policies.

Autonomy: Recognized expert, managing large projects or processes. Exercises considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignments, with limited oversight from the manager.

Innovation and Complexity: Require detailed information gathering, analysis, and investigation. Develops solutions to moderately complex problems, and/or makes moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, or products independently to enhance performance of job area. Implements solutions to problems.

Communication and Influence: Represents the organization as a primary contact for specific projects and initiatives; communicates with internal and external customers and vendors at various levels.

Skillset required:

A chartered accountant with a minimum of 7 years' post-qualification experience.
Handled FP&A roles with increasing responsibility
Accounting experience preferred
Business partnering experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of Excel
Ability to create complex financial models in Excel
SAP experience
Is independent/minimum oversight on work and can deliver within agreed timelines
Resource should be based out of Hyderabad, and we operate from the office on all days of the week.
