Job description
As part of the IT Business Applications Team, provide support for resolution of business service requests and incidents
Support critical cross-functional initiatives and projects for the lending process area including system implementations, operational improvements and new product rollouts
Partner with Business Stakeholders to deliver process solutions using Solifi and other E2E Loan Management System (LMS) applications
Perform root cause analysis of system issues and propose corrective action plans
Ensure support service levels are met and measure performance against them
Assist with the implementation , continuous improvement and documentation of new and existing policies, procedures and processes for supported applications
Work with IT management to establish and review the processes , techniques, and methods by the technical support team to provide exceptional support and services to internal customers, ensuring services are timely and accurate on a daily basis
Support management of key relationships (Sales, Finance, Accounting, IT) to ensure services are aligned and delivered to business requirements
Support adoption of best practices through the entire IT Business Applications support process
Maintain knowledge base of supported systems functionality, customisation and integration
What you'll Need:
bachelors degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)
Experience with B2B/Enterprise loan, lease or line of credit models
Experience with IT Business applications support, administration , configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments
Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Bonus Points:
NetSuite, Blackline, Coupa, HighRadius, Navan, ServiceNow and/or other finance application technical knowledge
SOX controls implementation and support experience
SDLC experience
Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company
