Lead Site reliability Engineer

Role

Zenoti is seeking a highly skilled Lead Site Reliability Engineer with strong expertise in scripting, cloud technologies, and CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in infrastructure as code and configuration management.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using various technologies.
- Design and automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.
- Utilize configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible) to ensure system consistency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud environments.
- Enhance system reliability and performance through logical problem solving and proactive measures

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong scripting skills in Python.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related technologies.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
