Lead - Network Operations Engineer

Job description
As Lead Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing systems for monitoring, managing and troubleshooting ShopClues production infrastructure. In this role you will be working with other members of ShopClues.com technology team and other key-stakeholders to define requirements, prototype concepts, implement solutions and monitor its performance. ShopClues.com is highly dynamic work environment where you will be spending a lot of time researching new technologies that will help ShopClues to meet and exceed its business goals and ensure high-availability of the systems.

An ideal candidate will possess following:

1. Worked as a Network Operation Engineer in the 24/7/365 operation.
2. Experience in Enterprise environments familiar with Monitoring, Alarm Validation, Escalation 1st pass resolution.
3. Should have proven experience with one or more System Monitoring and Management tool.
4. Strong understanding of LINUX operating systems.
5. Exhibit strong team work qualities.
6. Provide system monitoring, analysis and reporting for an enterprise infrastructure using inbuilt and other open source technologies.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Engineering or equivalent and 3-6 years of experience In Network Operations.
