Job description
1) Lead and coordinate key database marketing projects including Client Contact Initiatives, and audience management.
2) Promote and spearhead marketing automation as a major transformational effort that drives enhanced results.
3) Provide database marketing consulting and leadership to peers and merchants to increase the impact and contribution to database marketing.
4) Spearhead analysis and reporting of historic and current marketing campaigns.
5) Understand and integrate diverse data sources into coherent views to provide customer-centric analyses and enable data-driven marketing program design.
6) Ensure the highest quality customer and market information is used in creating marketing demand programs.
7) Demonstrate deep understanding of campaign process and assists/manages team with campaign planning requirements, tracking data quality.
8) Lead, educate and mentor other teams on country specific dynamics and local requirements to ensure high levels of support and service for in house Marketing and Product teams.
9) Advice required levels of Database resources as business requirements and changes.
10) Understands, promotes and utilizes predictive modeling in execution efforts, and tests results to drive continuous improvement.
11) Communicate effectively in a matrix environment, ensuring complex database topics are easy to understand by entire marketing and communications team.
12) Represent and promoteDatabase Marketing best practices and capabilities to improve results.
