Role & responsibilities

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ITSM, ITOM
• Certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, including change management, incident management, and problem management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex CI relationships and dependencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
