Monitor A lane and discuss with ZO. Finds out newbusiness with existing clients.
PRQ,LR entry and DEPS entry thru ERP staff at branch.
Placement of vehicles at loading and unloading pointsas per PRQ.
Verification of staff present at points.
Coordination with unloading staff regarding shortagecases if any.
Review with Casher and DEO and loading clerk on dailybasis.
Visit clients for critical issues like delay/nonplacement, shortage/damage issues and detention issues.
Total control over PODs collection and dispatchin time with ERP entry

Sales Target: Actual achievement vs targeted
ERP Feeding: "a. no negative marking b. Zero marks for achievement 1% attrition rate, Achievement range with marks for 0.70% to 1.00% b. max 100% of wtg.
Audit Queries: a. Zero cases above 15 days b. SOP violations target to be implemented after 3 months (01st Oct17)"
