Strong in communication skills in both English & Hindi
Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc. ) to drive networking and candidate pool development
Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment
Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc. ).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities
Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
