Job description
Experienced Software Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on Siemens products related to Electronic Design Automation (EDA), Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design, and Very-Large-Scale Integration (VLSI). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales within the technology sector, particularly in EDA, PCB, and VLSI domains. This role demands a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively drive sales and meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
Identify and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how Siemens EDA, PCB, and VLSI solutions can meet those needs.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, forecast sales activities, and report on progress to management.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer success and retention.
Technical Expertise:
Stay updated with the latest Siemens EDA, PCB, and VLSI products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings for customers and partners.
Collaborate with technical teams to address customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market demands.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Siemens solutions and generate leads.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on EDA, PCB, and VLSI products.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of EDA, PCB design, and VLSI technologies.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Sales Skills:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
