Provide direction to planners and Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of project schedules, plan costs
Ensure the implementation of all Project Controls tools and techniques needed for proper project execution, based on agreed standards and specific project characteristics
Roll-out on Fabrication Yard the Overall Project Controls Tools developed
