Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Piping study layout under the guidance of Area engineer
2. Coordination with Modellers and Draftsmen.
3. Review, Guide and monitor modellers and draftsmen.
4. Preparation for Internal and external model reviews (30%, 60%, 90%)
5. Tags closure of 30%, 60% and 90% Reviews.
6. Preparation of Piping MTOs from P I Ds.
7. Preparation and update Piping MTOs at intermediate and Final stage from Model.
8. Preparation of Nozzle orientations.
9. Assist area engineer in development of equipment layouts
10. Issue of Isometrics for stress analysis and their comment incorporation.
11. Ensure proper modelling of Lines, Checking and review of IFC Isometrics.
12. Checking and review of Piping Plans Sections.
13. Piping supporting, Primary and Secondary support schedule BOQ.

Key Skills Required:

1. Familiarity with ASME B 31.3 code for process piping
2. Familiarity with ASME, ASTM, API, MSS SP and IS standards
3. Familiarity with Autocad and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Preparation of Study layout
5. Awareness of Piping material specifications
6. Awareness of Valve and specialty data sheets.
7. Awareness of 3D modelling especially with PDMS software.
8. Proficiency in 3D review ( Navisworks) software.
9. Understanding of equipment layouts,
10. Prepare of Piping layouts and Isometrics
