MUST HAVE SKILLS

At least 04 years of working experience on PeopleSoft HCM Technical
Must have worked on Development, Support and Upgrade project with Onsite-Offshore model
Must have strong Hands on Technical knowledge in Integration Broker, People Code, Application Designer, Component Interface, File Layout, XML Publisher, AWE, SQR and SQL.
Strong analytical, technical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
Ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
Well acquainted with all the relevant features in different Oracle PeopleSoft Applications versions
Should be able to work independently.
Preparation of various documents like Technical Design Document, Test Script, Migration Document etc.
