Job description
A 8+ years of experience, full stack developer who is good in both Javascript and .NET
Should have the ability to develop and execute a technical vision with a focus on business value
Should be able to understand and document the client problems and requirements and design solutions to address them.
Develop and deliver high quality software in a co-sourced team of devs and client team members.
Good to have experience in ReactJS and preferably NextJS
we'll-versed in JavaScript programming, design patterns and writing modular, reusable JavaScript code
Ability to write clean, testable, scalable code using ASP.NET programming languages
Proficient with best practices like writing clean and reusable code using TDD and design patterns
Able to design systems using micro services, understands API standards, adheres to all security guidelines
Experienced in Docker or Kubernetes implementations
Efficiently use and enhance existing CI/CD tools and pipelines to build & deploy software
comfortable with agile methodologies such as scrum
A fair understanding of Devops/IAC practices and expertise with Cloud Ecosystems(Azure/GCP)
Resilient in ambiguous situations and can approach a technical challenge from different perspectives
You will act as a mentor for less experienced peers through both your technical knowledge and ability to inspire a team to deliver extraordinary impact together
Must Haves- non negotiable
Tech leadership skills
Should be able to work along a team
Hands on exp as we'll should be in parallel
React-frontend- mandatory & .Net-backend exp is mandatory
CI CD exp is also mandatory.
