Experience as a Front Office executive / Receptionist.
Good Communication skill.
Need to handle residents call.
Phone call attending, Provide proper information to the queries via phone/email/in person.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
