Job description
1.Reception: Greeting visitors, clients, or customers with a warm and professonal demeanor. Providing a friendly and welcoming first impression sets the tone for their experience.
2 .Answering Inquiries: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person. Front desk staff should have knowledge about the organization, services, or products to effectively address questions and provide accurate information.
3.Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointments, reservations, or bookings using scheduling software or manual systems. This involves coordinating schedules, confirming appointments, and rescheduling as necessary.
4.Check-In and Check-Out: Assisting with the check-in process for arriving guests or clients and facilitating the check-out process for departing individuals. This may involve verifying identification, collecting necessary information, and processing payments.
5.Communication: Communicating effectively with other staff members, departments, or external parties to relay messages, coordinate activities, and facilitate collaboration.
