Fit Out Coordinator For Retail Mall

Job description
1.Sharing design criteria.

2. Coordinating for the drawings.

3. Coordinating with Mall / Project MEP team for getting relevant drawings reviewed and approved.

4. Reviewing the submitted drawings from design, material proposed, aesthetics and over all look and feel of the proposed store interiors.

5.Coordinating with the design revies agency for their reviews and feedback.

6.Issuing partial or full as the case may be design clearance to the brands.

7.Handling site inspection of retail brands in coordination with the mall MEP team.

8. Facilitating move ins of the retailers in coordination with the mall tenant coordinator.

9. Monitoring the ongoing fit outs at the site along with the mall MEP & Security team.

10.Escalating deviations, slow works, or any major issues observed at the site.

11.Issuing fit out clearance in coordination with the mall MEP & Security team.

12. Giving final clearance to the store to trade after obtaining finance NOC.
