Job RequirementsEducationDME / NTTF - Fresher/Less than 2 years experience.Relevant Experience

Knowledge in Press toolmaking, all types of grinding, Turning & Milling machines.
Hands on skill in Press tools and Jigs and fixture assembly.
Skills in Handling and checking the precision measuring instruments.
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach

Responsible to Shift Management for the Section.
Daily Management of the Shift and Machine Scheduling
Accountable for Shift wise Output of the Particular Section as per the PPP norms.
Ensure 100% delivery Alignment of Tooling’s for Regular & New product in the shift.
Shift wise Smooth flow production and Productivity improvement.
Ensuring Utilization of Critical work centre’s as per the SCE plan for the Shift.
Responsible for Delivering the Tooling’s for Jigs & Fixtures as per the internal commitment.
Ensuring on time Employee job card input to Planning.
Co-ordinate with Service functions like Tool design, Maintenance to ensure Machine Availability for Production.
Daily Managing of Resources in the shift to meet critical tooling’s.
Implementing & Ensuring Safety Initiatives in the section.
Ensure Tooling quality and Reliability.
Improve quality of the Tools Manufactured at INH to meet customer expectation.
To take corrective and preventive action for customer feedback.
Customer focus & Trouble suiting for challenges of Technical and process problems at Customer end.
Ability to interact with internal customers, and suppliers.
Good Knowledge in MS-office.
Urge to update knowledge on the latest technologies available.
Exposure to SAP.
