Job description
 

Realize the internalization strategy for the off- shore extension and drive together with counterparts in Germany
Leading the Center of Competence (CoC) and owning end to end accountability of Chassis Products.
Oversee the product development and delivery of Chassis Structures Module for Suspension, Brakes, Axles and Steering systems.
Monitor health status of the program (for Cost, Time, Quality targets) and ensure C,T,Q targets are met for the module / project.
Lead and Drive various Program drive responsibilities.
Drive and facilitate various decision makings for the module.
Verify Chassis design work through internal team reviews.
Rallying CFTs together for various deliverables of the chassis structure module
Ensure compliance to Mercedes Standards and Processes for Chassis module delivery.
Monitor Design risk register and bugs for the module.
Motivate and Develop teams.
About the company:

Qualifikationen
BE/BTECH in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or other allied fields

Experience: 15 + years

Dynamic & thought leadership.
Experience in leading projects
Coaching and mentoring skills
Experience in managing Business critical portfolio(s)
Experience in Products & Platforms delivery management
Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
Hands on Experience on Agile methods of product development
Strong technical background of Chassis development
Preferred skills:

Experience in leading Data Analytics is an added advantage.
Automotive background & German language are an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Vehicle development processes and systems
