Min 3-11 years of experience in Automotive E drive integration and structure design and development for Passenger Cars
Proficient in Structure, brackets, tubular structure Concept development considering Package, Manufacturing, Tooling, Assembly, Material and Coatings, Torque, Tolerance, Testing & Global Certification requirements
Knowledge of upcoming technological development in the field of e-drive integration and structural design
Experience of working with Tubes, Sheet Metal and Plastic Parts design
Should have worked on at least one concept development program for as responsible engineer
Able to work independently with minimum support to handle Global programs from India
Hands on experience of working and managing suppliers
Min 2 years experience in Siemens NX Part Design, Surface Design, Drawings, Product Life Cycle tools & GD & T. Awareness of automation tools and would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in documentation & release management process using a PDM / Smaragd
Open to travel outside of India on short notice
Working experience with International Projects & multicultural environment would be desirable

Release & documentation of e-drive structure in PLM as per Project cycle
Report and Participate in Project meetings to ensure all project milestones are met and timely escalated
Must be Good Team Player and should put Team and Project Object first before Self
Should be able to work independently with little / no supervision
Must be able to analyze the problems and propose solutions
Excellent in planning, execution and prioritizing work in different situations
A good initiate taker and able to push self and other to achieve self, Team and project goals
Assist team leader to achieve Company goals / objectives
German Langauge speaking skills would be an advantage
