Role & responsibilities

 

  • Campaign Management:

Implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends.

Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, and affiliate platforms.

Plan, create, and execute retention marketing campaigns using Whatsapp, Email, SMS, Push notification etc

Manage campaign budgets and optimize bids for maximum ROI.

Take full ownership of ad creative design and development, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Execute campaigns under dynamic deadlines and manage unforeseen challenges with agility.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools.

Generate insightful reports and present data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Identify and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Creative Ideation & Strategy:

Develop compelling and engaging ad creative concepts for different platforms and audiences.

Stay abreast of evolving consumer preferences and adapt messaging to resonate with target demographics.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, content) to ensure seamless creative execution.

  • Other Responsibilities:

Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide data-driven insights.

Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.

Manage and maintain assigned budgets effectively.



 

Preferred candidate profile

 

  • Freshers/up-to 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in paid advertising campaign management (Meta & Google Ads preferred).
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Excellent creative storytelling skills and ability to develop engaging ad copy and visuals.
  • Experience with additional acquisition channels like Snapchat and affiliate partnerships (a plus).
  • Passion for the personal care or beauty industry and understanding of target consumer trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
